From the call to the invoice.
One place for the office and the road: every ticket with its clock, every technician’s day as a lane, and every job’s charges ready when the work is done.
Every ticket says who has it.
A ticket is never just "open". It is with the coordinator, the customer, the depot or the technician, and it carries one next action.
- The 48-hour clock runs only while the ball is with you.
- Customer hold, awaiting parts and the workshop pause it.
- Nothing closes by itself; cancelling and reopening need a reason.

Example tickets.
The day, in lanes.
Each technician is a lane; each job is a block with its drive in front of it. Drag a job from the unassigned tray, or take the suggestion.
- Suggestions put the shortest added drive first.
- The customer gets a text when a job is booked or moved.
- The day before, a reminder goes out by itself.
Grey bars are drive time. Example day.
Works without signal.
Technicians open it in the browser on any phone. The day’s jobs are kept on the phone, so a gully on the Banks Peninsula costs nothing.
- Start travel, arrived, finished: each tap is timed.
- Photos, parts used and the customer’s signature on the job.
- Pick an outcome and the ticket moves on: fixed, needs parts, uplifted.

Estimates approved by link.
Send the estimate as a link. The customer reads it on their phone and approves it; you see it on the ticket straight away.
- Labour, parts and call-out from your own rates and zones.
- Approved work turns into charges on the job.
- Each charge is invoiced once, never twice.
Example estimate.
What each job really made.
Every status tap and drive is timed from day one, so job analysis can set labour, parts and travel against what you charged.
- Per job, per technician and per zone.
- First-time fix and repeat visits counted.
- Your own cost per hour and per kilometre.
| Technician | Jobs | Drive per job | Margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aroha | 64 | 22 min | 41% |
| Sam | 58 | 27 min | 37% |
| Wiremu | 49 | 34 min | 29% |
| Mere | 55 | 25 min | 38% |
Parts, vans and the map.
Each van is its own stock location. The office sees today’s positions on the map while technicians are on duty, and nothing outside it.
- Parts used on a job come off that van.
- Positions only on duty, after the technician accepts the notice.
- You choose how long positions are kept: 30 to 90 days.

Add only what you need.
The core does the work above. These switch on per workspace, priced per office seat.
