Depot jobs, sorted.
If you repair for depots, retailers and brands’ service networks, FlowDesk keeps each depot’s reference, parts and rules on the job, and bills the depot, not the customer.

Three parties on every job.
The customer whose machine it is, the depot that sent the job, and you. FlowDesk keeps them apart from the first call.

What the depot module does
Their reference, on every job.
Each depot has its own code and its reference is on the ticket, the estimate and the invoice, so their accounts team can match it.
Bill the depot, serve the customer.
The billing party is set apart from the customer. Texts go to the customer; invoices go to the depot’s billing contact.
Their parts, their rules.
Parts can be depot-supplied or yours. Each depot says what happens to a faulty part: return it with their reference, scrap it with a photo, or hold it for collection.
Machines in your workshop.
When a machine is uplifted, FlowDesk records who has it. The ticket’s clock pauses while it is in the workshop.
Each depot’s own SLA.
When the clock starts, working or calendar hours, and what a reopen does: set per depot, applied to every one of their tickets.
A portal for the depot.
Depot staff sign in and see their own jobs and where each one is. They see nothing of your other work.
Busy week? Send jobs out.
With outsourced providers, a contractor gets jobs from you in the same field app, limited to their own work. Their rates are kept apart from your technicians’.
Service agent: $12 and outsourced providers: $8 a month per office seat, excluding GST.
